Its exotic aromas and balance make it perfect as an aperitif, to be continued with brunch and appreciated in its straightforwardness. Bilotto is a blend of Nascetta and Sauvignon Blanc grapes and is aged in steel for a minimum of four months. First vintage produced with Vinooxygen, a patented system for vinifying without racking and obtaining a high quality wine, preserving the finest scents and aromas playing on elegance and olfactory complexity.
