Bilotto is a blend of Nascetta and Sauvignon Blanc grapes and is aged in steel for a minimum of four months.
First vintage produced with Vinooxygen, a patented system for vinifying without racking and obtaining a high quality wine, preserving the finest scents and aromas playing on elegance and olfactory complexity.

Sensory notes

The nose opens on citrus notes of grapefruit, cedar and lime along with pineapple and white melon. Floral notes of acacia and jasmine follow on a herbaceous background. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and balanced.
Ideal as an aperitif and in combination with raw fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.
