The Vinicola Arno winery is located in the slopes of Monferrato, where the soil is typically sandy and medium depth. In this natural amphitheatre, the vines are cradled by a mild climate with a constant breeze, giving our wines their distinctive character. The area called ‘Valmanella’ crosses the countryside of Mombercelli and Castelnuovo, protecting the vines, in winding rows whose rhythm accompanies the tempo of sowing, sprouting, growth and harvest. Over the generations, these vines have developed a longevity, an acidity and a trademark that contribute to creating the unmistakable taste of our barbera wines.
