Description

And then there’s also grappa. Sabina is produced exclusively from Barbera grape pomace: it is the Barbera Riserva grappa by Vinicola Arno. Aged 36 months, full-bodied, elegant and very long-lasting, it has a bright amber colour, with a very intense fruity bouquet, which gives notes of ripe fig, dates and sweet spices. Its rich and enveloping finish means it can be enjoyed at the end of a meal or as an accompaniment to dry desserts, biscuits and chocolate.

Sabina is full-bodied, elegant and very long-lasting grappa. Bright amber in colour. Varietal, fruity and intense bouquet. Warm, full-bodied palate, with notes of ripe fig, dates and sweet spices and a delicate, rich and enveloping alcoholic finish. Ideal as an after-dinner drink or to accompany desserts.
